ALL FOOTWEAR IS READY TO SHIP AND WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24HRS.
Most items will be in stock and dispatched quickly within 3-7 working days through Australia Post, please refer to Australia Post delivery time for the actual arrival. If an item is not in stock, it will usually take us 2-3 days to make, and we will dispatch it within the week.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Regional areas, WA, QLD and NT, will take longer to ship.
Please allow extra time during peak times eg. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and during sales.
You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Depending on your location, delivery may take 3-7 days once your order is dispatched. If you have not received confirmation of your order and tracking details via email, please contact us via email.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left to notify you that your parcel is ready for collection at your local post office.
We offer personalisation to some of our products. Please select the applicable option when you are ordering online and include the text to be print. If you require more customisation for your order, please contact us for further discussion.
All customised and personalised items may take extra 2-7 days to complete (depending on workload). Your order will then be shipped once completed (usually within a few days for most items). If you require your order urgently, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to meet your time frame.

We ship to most destinations around the world. You can select your country from the drop-down menu in the checkout to calculate costs.
Due to import restrictions, we can not send items to California.
International shipping fee is calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.
All orders are shipped from Australia, and all international customers (outside Australia) may be required to pay the applicable duty, sales tax, and customs, depending on your country.
Any duties and taxes will be calculated according to your shipping destination and should be pre-paid at the time of purchase. You will be able to view the duty & tax, and shipping charges that apply at check out.
As our products are handcrafted in small quantities here in our locally based workshop, there may be a delay for popular products. We will communicate directly with you if the product ordered is temporarily unavailable or if there is a delay in the production and will notify you of an expected completion date.
