Refund & Return Policy

We aim to create products of the highest quality standard. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will seek to resolve any issue you are having with your purchased product. Leather colours, shade and texture may vary given that each hide came from the wild animal and cannot be accepted as reasoning for returns or faults on this basis.  


If an item is faulty or defective or if the product does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, highlighting full details of your order and product fault, to be eligible for a refund or exchange of the product originally purchased. Items that are damaged by not adhering to care instructions or due to normal wear and tear are not considered faults with the product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company for clarification. Depending on the bank transaction process, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven’t received your refund within 14 days after being issued, please contact us at enquiries@karmine.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless out of stock or damaged.


If you wish to return a product for another reason (change of mind, wrong footwear size) please get in touch with us within 14 days of the delivery date, highlighting full details of your order and reasons for returning the product so we can organise the exchange. After 14 days, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund. Please note that items must be in their original condition, and we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.


If the size you ordered is not quite right, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days). We will organise to exchange for another size and will post it back to you at no charge (please note you will need to organise and pay postage for returning the footwear to us). Please note, any orders that incorporate changes to our traditional designs or personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

International Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date, highlighting the reason for returning your product. Unfortunately, if longer than 14 days have gone by, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Please be advised that the customer will incur all postage and handling costs, Karmine is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 55 Lavinia Street, Athol Park SA 5012.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We could not process an exchange or refund if we didn’t receive your returned item when you received it already.
