However, if you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will seek to resolve any issue you are having with your purchased product. Leather colours, shade and texture may vary given that each hide came from a wild animal and cannot be accepted as reasoning for returns or faults on this basis.
If an item is faulty or defective or if the product does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date highlighting full details of your order and product fault to be eligible for refund or exchange of the product originally purchased. Items that are damaged by not adhering to care instructions or a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faults with the product.
If you wish to return a product for another reason (change of mind, wrong footwear size) please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date highlighting full details of your order and reasons for returning the product and we will organise to exchange it. Please note, items must be in their original condition and we will also require receipt or proof of purchase and any shipping costs will not be refunded. After 14 days we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
Please note, any orders that incorporate changes to our traditional designs or personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed to be faulty.
